Requirements

• 7+ years of People Operations experience in tech.
• Ability to resolve complex engagement and performance issues.
• Pragmatic and analytical with data-driven project experience.
• Proven conflict resolution skills and emotional intelligence.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with project management software.
• Ability to execute independently with a focus on metrics.
• Experience in leadership development and workforce planning.
• Strong focus on team member engagement and belonging.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and propose innovative solutions.
