Join Extreme as a Service Inside Account Manager, where you will be responsible for driving sales and service revenue in a specified territory, while fostering an inclusive workplace.

In Short

  • Manage renewal quoting and upselling in a designated region.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with partners for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Create proactive and reactive quotes for customers and partners.
  • Oversee service contracts and renewals for assigned territory.
  • Implement service sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure timely closure of service renewal opportunities.
  • Report on pipeline and opportunities using SalesForce.
  • Identify upsell opportunities in collaboration with product teams.
  • Maintain data integrity and manage service orders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Inside Sales experience.
  • Strong telephone communication skills.
  • Desire to grow in Service Sales using Consultative Sales techniques.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • College Degree preferred.
  • Interest in software/hardware technologies preferred.
  • Experience with Computer Networking technologies is a bonus.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Experience with SalesForce.com required.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
