Overview

As a Senior Pricing & Packaging Manager at ExtraHop, you’ll develop and execute pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness.

In Short

• Drive and manage implementation of pricing and packaging.
• Negotiate and influence internally to drive adoption of new pricing structures.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with RevOps and Deal Desk.
• Maintain operational reports and dashboards.
• Establish pricing for new products based on demand.
• Analyze price change requests.
• Track market trends and competitor prices.
• Understand multi-tier sales model impact on pricing.
• Work closely with teams to track cost movements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience, with management consulting experience preferred.
• Direct experience in pricing, sales, or finance.
• Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
