Senior Pricing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Senior Pricing Manager who will drive and own pricing initiatives across zooplus shops, enhancing customer experience, price perception, and pricing strategy execution.

In Short

• Understand and improve customer price perception
• Monitor local market conditions and competitive environment
• Build pricing strategies based on regional and shop-level performance goals
• Own the operational pricing settings and pricing intelligence
• Review and approve automated price recommendations
• Evaluate pricing performance and leverage data-driven insights
• Analyze the impact of pricing changes on customer behavior
• Develop and implement pricing tests and experiments
• Align pricing with other commercial stakeholders
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations

Requirements

• Graduate degree in a business-related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in pricing
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel
• SQL knowledge is strongly desired
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work in a strong team environment
• Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus
