Overview

Experian is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to shape the future of enterprise-wide Data, Analytics, and AI/ML platform capabilities, focusing on foundational architecture and infrastructure.

• Architect and build core platform components for data, analytics, and AI/ML lifecycle.
• Define solution architectures for internal platform capabilities.
• Lead evaluations for components like MLOps frameworks and AI development tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with platforms for data and ML/AI.
• Strong background in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with big data processing frameworks like Spark.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Track record of architectural leadership and technology adoption.
