Overview

The Senior Vice President Renewals is responsible for leading Experian North America's Renewals team to deliver successful outcomes on our largest and most strategic renewals, critical to our growth and customer retention strategy.

In Short

  • Lead and develop a team for executing complex renewals.
  • Drive internal alignment and customer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Product, and Finance.
  • Improve operational frameworks and governance for renewals.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics for revenue retention.
  • Engage with senior leadership for support on negotiations.
  • Develop renewal strategies aligned with client needs.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure renewals are executed effectively.
  • 70/30 commission split with uncapped commissions.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Sales leader (VP or higher) or Procurement expert.
  • Strong leadership in complex commercial environments.
  • Deep industry knowledge of Experian and competitors.
  • High executive presence to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with value-based selling and contract management.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with execution.
  • Experience managing and coaching a team.
  • Collaborative mindset in a matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
