Overview

As a Partner Development Executive (PDE) at Experian Employer Services, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic reseller and partner relationships, focusing on ADP and other high-impact partners.

In Short

  • Manage partner-sourced and influenced revenue across strategic resellers.
  • Develop partner-specific go-to-market plans.
  • Lead co-sales processes with partner sales teams.
  • Identify and activate new revenue opportunities.
  • Manage partner-driven pipeline tracking and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support partner-led growth.
  • Provide support for complex partner-driven opportunities.
  • Monitor partner sales performance and implement improvements.
  • Support early-stage partners in establishing sales motions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in partner sales or business development.
  • Experience generating revenue through reseller channels.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management.
  • Executive presence and influencing skills.
  • Experience in team collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and partner pipeline tools.
  • Some travel required (15%-20%).
