The Senior Director of Resellers develops and executes Experian Employer Services' (EES) reseller strategy, driving reseller-led revenue growth, and optimizing partner enablement, sales execution, and operational understanding.

In Short

  • Execute a scalable reseller growth strategy aligned with EES's goals.
  • Identify new reseller opportunities and develop engagement models.
  • Establish joint go-to-market strategies for successful deal execution.
  • Manage reseller-led revenue performance and pipeline development.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing for demand generation campaigns.
  • Develop executive-level relationships with reseller leadership.
  • Lead a team of Reseller Development Executives and Partner Relationship Managers.
  • Monitor market trends to refine pricing and sales strategies.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to assess performance.
  • Develop a multi-year reseller expansion roadmap.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in reseller sales or channel development in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience driving revenue growth through reseller partnerships.
  • Experience managing executive-level reseller relationships.
  • Proficient in negotiations and strategic planning.
  • Experience managing reseller sales teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and partner relationship management tools.
