In Short

• Design and develop high-quality application solutions that align with our goals and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Conduct analysis of business processes and technical systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Define and document application architecture, including system components, data flows, and integration points.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Recommend new tools, and methodologies to enhance application development and deployment.
• Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the highest quality of deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to improve our technology stack and processes.
• Engage directly with clients to internalize their needs and the needs of their customers. In turn, communicating the solutions to meet their needs.
• Support pre-sales activities, guiding high-level discussions about possible solutions and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of proven experience as an Application Solutions Architect or a similar role.
• 3+ years of previous team management.
• Knowledge of application architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, React, Python, Angular, React).
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Hyperforce.
• Experience with SAAS solutions such as Mulesoft and Salesforce.
• Experience establishing communication and engagement, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies are a plus.
