Customer Experience Analyst II - Remote

Overview

Experian is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented analyst to support customer experience reporting, driving data-to-action by improving client experiences with our products and services.

In Short

• Manage NPS data including ingestion, cleanup, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on client satisfaction and KPIs.
• Collaborate with teams to provide actionable insights.
• Identify gaps in reporting processes and recommend enhancements.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests with accurate analysis.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in analytics, preferably in CX or product.
• Intermediate SQL and Python skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple workstreams.
