Overview

The Controls Implementation Manager will help develop the future state controls organization for Experian, focusing on M&A activities and risk management.

In Short

  • Design enterprise-wide control processes for M&A activities.
  • Lead the implementation of M&A control processes.
  • Report on M&A controls implementation progress.
  • Ensure sustainability and effectiveness of controls.
  • Collaborate with departments for control understanding.
  • Develop critical control goals and plans.
  • Implement risk and control improvement plans.
  • Coach teams on controls best practices.
  • Analyze and address gaps in existing risk controls.
  • Identify trends and develop analyses and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in risk management or audit role.
  • Experience in transformational projects or framework implementations.
  • Expertise in risk and controls management.
  • Beneficial: Experience in M&A activities.
  • Understanding of risk and control frameworks.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
  • Problem-solving skills with analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for senior audiences.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior executives.
