• Lead the implementation of an AI-powered quality transformation strategy.
• Focus on technical execution, tooling implementation, and collaboration.
• Build and integrate quality platforms, tools, and frameworks.
• Work with engineering, product, and platform teams to enhance automation frameworks.
• Define technical architecture and design patterns for AI-powered quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers and software development teams on quality goals.
• Strengthen the use of frameworks and tooling through coaching and training.
• Participate in architecture forums to ensure platform compatibility.
• Implement intelligent quality controls in CI/CD pipelines.
• Shape and implement a forward-looking AI-first quality engineering strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering or automation architecture.
• Experience in quality engineering for customer-facing applications.
• Familiarity with API testing, GraphQL, and microservices.
• Experience with AI solutions in CI/CD pipelines.
• Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or other automation languages.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in testing or engineering workflows.
• Understanding of RAG for test case generation.
