Overview

The Senior Data Program Specialist plays a critical role in optimizing document workflows and data ingestion processes that support unemployment management services. You will handle complex document processing tasks, resolving data-related issues, and ensuring accurate processing of critical documentation.

In Short

• Oversee and evaluate indexable and non-indexable forms from clients and teams.
• Manage and process separation notices for accurate indexing.
• Investigate and resolve issues during manual indexing.
• Address non-standard email formats and document retrieval.
• Ensure secure delivery of UI-related documents to appropriate teams.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in document processing or data operations.
• Experience with unemployment management processes.
• Proficiency with tools such as WinIndexer, C3, ShareFile, and CoreFax.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
