Program Specialist - Remote

Overview

A Program Specialist is responsible for program management and administration, working closely with the Program Owner to ensure client satisfaction.

In Short

• Plans and coordinates program activities.
• Supports program management standards and practices.
• Coordinates requirement documents and program timelines.
• Tracks program resources and identifies gaps.
• Maintains a communications plan for deliverables.
• Supports governance meetings and prepares agendas.
• Maintains a centralized document repository.
• Creates status reports for stakeholders.
• Monitors implementation of contractual obligations.
• Acts as a secondary point of contact for the client.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of Program Management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare/mental health preferred.
• Change management and consulting experience preferred.
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
