Business Operations Lead - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Operations Lead to join our Cyber Fusion Center (CFC). This leadership role is important to managing programmes, and helping the CFC defend against evolving cyber threats.

In Short

• Lead efforts to improve workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure operational activities align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Define operational governance models and improve programmes across workflows.
• Develop dashboards to visualize incident metrics and operational health.
• Deliver executive-level briefings and client engagement materials.
• Facilitate integration between cyber, physical, and threat intelligence teams.
• Contribute to the strategic development of CFC service offerings.
• Build partnerships with teams and external partners for operational success.
• Coordinate procurement activities and manage budget planning.
• Occasional domestic or international travel may be required.

Requirements

• Experience in business operations, programme management, or cybersecurity operations.
• CISSP, CISM, or similar cyber-related qualifications.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and concepts.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience driving operational efficiency and process improvement.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and data protection frameworks.
• Experience with technical writing and process documentation.
• Ability to support teams during audit engagements and compliance assessments.
