Overview

The Account Manager will manage, grow, and retain business relationships within a designated territory, reporting directly to the VP of Sales of Experian Partner Solutions.

In Short

  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage and service existing customers to improve profits.
  • Conduct main accounts management and strategic development.
  • Research client needs and bundle products accordingly.
  • Generate new business through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Achieve committed revenue targets.
  • Retain accounts by negotiating contract renewals.
  • Onboard new clients and present product offerings.
  • Collect and present customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales and account management experience.
  • Solid B2B experience.
  • Experience solving complex customer problems positively.
  • Contract negotiation experience.
  • Experience managing senior-level client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Experience with sales methodologies.
  • Ability to engage with prospects effectively.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.
