Overview

The 2nd Line Technical Application Support Analyst will provide advanced support and consultancy for Experian clients, ensuring systems are available and performing according to requirements while investigating and resolving complex production issues.

In Short

  • Provide advanced support for clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure system performance and availability.
  • Investigate and resolve complex production issues.
  • Deliver documented resolutions for incidents.
  • Communicate status and progress of investigations.
  • Recommend improvements for incident prevention.
  • Assign correct priorities to incidents.
  • Understand release impacts and testing requirements.
  • Escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Implement changes in live environments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of application/customer support experience.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative and inquisitive mindset for problem-solving.
  • Logical approach to incident resolution.
  • Understanding of ITIL terminology.
  • Experience using ServiceNow.
  • Experience with cloud technology, specifically AWS.
  • Experience with Windows Server and Red Hat Linux.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
