The District Sales Executive (DSE) at Expeditors focuses on achieving results aligned with the organization’s strategic goals, managing customer relationships, and driving sales in a flexible and dynamic environment.

In Short

  • Manage an assigned territory and understand potential customers and competitors.
  • Timely data entry in the Customer Relationship Management tool.
  • Orchestrate customer/branch relationships and collaborate with various resources.
  • Create value-added solutions for customers' logistics needs.
  • Support new account transitions and account receivable collections.
  • Attend training to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Engage in local trade groups as directed.
  • Take on additional assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to meet customers off-site regularly.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Sense of urgency for achieving goals.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to change.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Quick decision-making ability.
  • Experience in the 3PL industry is a must.
  • Previous sales experience in the 3PL industry is an asset.
