Transactions Closing Analyst (Bilingual English/French) - Remote

In Short

• Close transactions in EZMax, Broker Wolf, and TRX.
• Determine eligibility for eXpress Pay.
• Update productivity tabs with transaction status.
• Ensure proper documentation before closing.
• Communicate with agents regarding deal statuses.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Work in a fully remote environment.
• Utilize a dedicated home-office space.
• Experience in real estate preferred.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Clear understanding of EZMax.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in G Suite; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus.
• Remote work experience required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Conflict resolution and active listening skills.
• Experience with transaction management software preferred.
