Bilingual Business Consultant (English and French) - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting consulting position within the NICE – Value Realization Services (VRS) Organization that is focused on owning our customers’ business case and driving increased adoption and bottom-line ROI value of NICE solutions.

In Short

• Provides best practice guidance to ensure customer fully optimizes their business process and maximizes the full potential of NICE solutions.
• Designs change strategy across people, process & technology.
• Serves as lead consulting program leader, creating and owning the business case for a multi-tiered customer offering.
• Builds long-term relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Organizes and guides application and domain business consultants through program leadership.
• Identifies opportunities for additional engagements through service subscription renewals.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of business improvement projects.
• Lead consulting projects to drive process improvement and ensure business readiness.
• Expertly handle large scale customer engagements.
• Provide expert guidance and deliver strong advisory best practice Project Management.

Requirements

• Bi-lingual English and French skills required.
• Strong mix of consulting and operations experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience in delivering strategic advisory engagements.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in organizational change management.
• Strong analytical skills for financial and impact analysis.
• Proven ability to create and present business cases.
• Experience in process improvement and technology adoption.
• Expertise in project management methodologies.
