Bilingual-French/English Client Success Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Canadian Press is looking for a bilingual Client Success Consultant to partner with the sales team in demonstrating our services to prospects, and helping clients maximize the value of their CP services. In this full-time permanent role, you will be focused on promoting customer satisfaction and retention and driven by a consultative approach based on developing strong customer relationships.

• Partner with the sales team to demonstrate services to prospects.

• Provide onboarding, training, and customer service for products.
• Build client success and adoption plans.
• Assist users via video conference, phone, and online chat.
• Engage media clients to understand their content needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in client success or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.

Requirements

• Experience in client success or customer service roles.
• Background in B2B SaaS and/or media companies preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• University or college degree in business, journalism, PR, or marketing.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience using Salesforce is an asset.
