Overview

The Managing Broker will support the Designated Managing Broker in the administration of eXp Realty brokerage operations in Colorado, ensuring compliance with state laws and providing exceptional service to clients.

• Support innovation in brokerage operations.
• Coordinate inbound mail distribution.

Requirements

• Experience as a supervising real estate broker.
• Strong understanding of state-level real estate brokerage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to implement systems and processes.
• Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
• Proficient in G Suite; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus.
• Remote work experience required.
• Dedicated home-office/work space.
• Advanced Trello experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
