Overview

As a Customer Support Manager at Exely, you will be responsible for onboarding, training, and guiding hoteliers in using our online solutions effectively, ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Collaborate with the technical support team.
  • Fluency in Albanian and English is required.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Albanian.
