Overview

As part of our Legal Gang, you’ll keep Exely’s global operations on solid legal ground. Your work will span contracts, compliance, data protection, IP, labor law, and IT regulations. You’ll support teams worldwide, manage legal risks, and help the company grow safely and smartly.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial contracts including software licenses, vendor, and technology partner agreements.
• Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all operating jurisdictions.
• Manage corporate matters including entity registrations, share transactions, officer appointments, and interactions with tax and government authorities.
• Protect and manage intellectual property related to software, patents, trademarks, and licensing.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and provide fast, practical legal solutions aligned with business goals.
• Develop legal templates, guidance, and policies to support scalable and consistent contract and compliance processes.

Requirements

• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
