In Short

  • Guide hoteliers on navigating the Exely Solutions effectively.
  • Provide activation and training for smooth onboarding of hoteliers.
  • Offer strong and timely support through calls and emails.
  • Manage hoteliers feedback and escalate it to relevant departments.
  • Ensure solutions function accurately on hotelier's end.
  • Oversee timely resolution of hoteliers requests.
  • Fluency in Albanian and Greek is required.
  • Communicate in English when necessary.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Be part of a fast-paced IT company.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Albanian and Greek.
