Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Exely, you will be responsible for enhancing client performance and increasing revenue for hoteliers in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You will engage with local clients to ensure their needs are met and work collaboratively with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Handle 15 onsite meetings per month with clients.
  • Boost direct online sales for the customer base.

  • Maintain knowledge of products and industry trends.
  • Promote clients' interests within the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or client management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze client performance data.
  • Proficient in sales and marketing strategies.
  • Problem-solving skills to address client issues.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the hotel industry is a plus.
