As the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations & Insights, you’ll partner with leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy, optimize revenue performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven leader who enjoys supporting teams, building scalable processes, and leading cross-functional initiatives that elevate our revenue engine and fuel our mission.

In Short

• Develop a deep understanding of Evolv’s mission, product, services, and values.
• Learn about our GTM organization and build relationships within the GTM leadership team.
• Assess the current state of forecasting, pipeline health, and analytics maturity.
• Develop an initial executive level dashboard with key metrics.
• Deliver a 30-day readout with key observations and initial hypotheses for improvement.
• Develop an analytics and insights roadmap.
• Launch initiatives to improve pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
• Implement scalable, automated GTM systems.
• Lead annual planning cycle with data-driven territory and quota design.
• Optimize GTM processes and systems to improve productivity and scalability.

Requirements

• Experience in Revenue Operations or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in automation and reporting tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing dashboards and performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with SFDC and other analytics tools.
• Experience in strategic planning and quota setting.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
