Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in revenue operations or related role.
• Expertise in building repeatable sales motions.
• Experience in SaaS, healthtech, or technology-driven industries.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Advanced data analysis skills using Excel and BI software.
• Proven track record of creating scalable processes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach with sales and marketing teams.
• Experience in a startup or scaling organization preferred.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
