EMR Migration Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced EMR Migration Analyst to support our efforts in streamlining and improving EMR migrations. This role will be instrumental in developing standardized playbooks for EMR transitions, evaluating and aligning data requirements, collaborating with clients and vendors, conducting data validation and testing, and troubleshooting migration issues.

In Short

• Develop EMR migration playbooks and refine documentation.
• Evaluate, define, and standardize data mapping and transformation needs.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, clients, and EMR vendors.
• Develop and execute test plans for data accuracy post-migration.
• Investigate and resolve data migration challenges.
• Identify areas for process improvement for future migrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in EMR implementations & migrations.
• Understanding of healthcare data structures, HL7/FHIR standards.
• Hands-on experience with data quality checks and SQL queries.
• Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience working cross-functionally with IT and clinical teams.
