Migrations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Migration Analyst will be involved in the on-boarding of new client’s Funds as part of the Fund Accounting Migration workstream, focusing on the integration of new funds to the Citi Fund Accounting platforms.

In Short

• Assist with the design, build & implementation of processes for Fund Accounting migration.
• Analyze and map Fund Accounting migration data.
• Perform Fund Accounting migration data load and reconcile NAV.
• Collate and deliver evidencing required by clients.
• Ensure migration best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with Fund Accounting Ops teams during migration events.
• Design and implement migration procedures and checklists.
• Identify minimum controls for migration data integrity.
• Provide support for FIS-InvestOne and Multifonds.
• Participate in various affinity networks and charity initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong Third-Party Administration Fund Accounting knowledge.
• Experience in on-boarding/migrations preferred.
• Good understanding of financial instruments.
• Knowledge of tax treaties and withholding tax is advantageous.
• Previous experience in data & Fund Accounting migration projects.
• Ability to identify controls for migration data integrity.
• Experience with FIS-InvestOne and Multifonds preferred.
• Accounting experience essential.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
