Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technology Merger and Acquisition (M&A) Analyst to join our team at J.S. Held, a global consulting firm that provides a comprehensive suite of services to help clients navigate complex situations.

In Short

• Conduct technical assessments of acquisition targets.
• Collaborate with Sys Admin and Architecture teams for technical due diligence.
• Establish communication between internal teams and business users.
• Develop data migration strategies for acquired companies.
• Organize data templates for migration.
• Provide integration support and address technical issues.
• Participate in test migrations as needed.
• Identify areas for improvement during the optimization process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience with Technology Data Migrations.
• Ability to write SQL Queries and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O preferred.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented individual.
