Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner will support the sourcing and selection of talent for the Deployment Solutions business unit, focusing on the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in high volume staffing for medical and sales professionals.
• Experience with strategic sourcing and talent pipelines.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Strong customer-facing skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• No specific licenses or certifications needed.
