The Associate Director of Global Medical Affairs is responsible for managing complex projects across medical content development and Medical Affairs operations while collaborating with global leaders and managing teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience with Medical Affairs Operations.
• Results-driven and team-oriented.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Able to manage multi-client projects.
• Experience working in an Agile culture.
