The Associate Director of Global Medical Affairs is responsible for managing complex projects across medical content development, MLR review, and Medical Affairs operations. This role involves collaboration with global leaders and managing client relationships.

Requirements

• Medical/Scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD).
• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• 5+ years in Medical Affairs.
• Experience in project management and vendor management.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for technology and process improvement.
• Experience in Agile culture is a plus.
