Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner at EVERSANA is responsible for sourcing and selecting talent for the Deployment Solutions business unit in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sectors.

In Short

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Source and build talent pipelines for Medical and Sales professionals.
• Manage the recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews to assess cultural fit and performance ability.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Drive improvements in the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders for a positive candidate experience.
• Full-time position requiring at least 40 hours per week.
• Possible travel for meetings or training (10%).
• Adaptable and flexible to changes in priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of two years experience in staffing/recruiting for Medical and Sales professionals.
• Experience with strategic sourcing and high volume recruiting.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and clients.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Strong customer-facing skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• No licenses or certifications needed.
