Overview

The Senior Vice President of Compliance, Quality and Ethics will lead the compliance initiatives at EVERSANA, ensuring adherence to regulations and corporate standards globally.

• Lead the development and implementation of compliance systems and procedures.

Requirements

• 20+ years of compliance experience.
• J.D. preferred but not required.
• Expertise in health law and compliance regulations.
• Knowledge of US and EU privacy laws.
• Experience in policy writing and investigations.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• High level of influencing skills.
• Prior in-house experience preferred.
