Overview

The Nurse Navigator provides virtual and telephonic support to patients and healthcare providers, combining patient advocacy, education, and clinical expertise to ensure optimal therapy adherence and improved health outcomes.

In Short

• Provide inbound and outbound patient support.
• Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot clinical issues.

Requirements

• Actively licensed registered nurse (RN) or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or patient care.
• Experience with injectable therapies.
• Comfortable using virtual communication platforms.
• Active, unrestricted RN license required.
