Oncology Nurse Navigator - Remote

Overview

The Oncology Nurse Navigator will play a critical role in supporting cancer patients and their care networks, providing education and guidance throughout their healthcare journey.

In Short

• Provide triage, support, and education to cancer patients.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and oversee member health.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required.
• Compact unrestricted RN license required.
• 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in oncology.
• Oncology-related certifications preferred or to be obtained within 2 years.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and take action in urgent situations.
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity.
• Commitment to member-centric care.
• Experience in case management is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
