Overview

Thyme Care is on a mission to transform the cancer care experience for patients and their caregivers. As a part of this mission, we are looking for a Thyme Care Oncology Nurse Navigator who will provide vital clinical support and education to our members during their cancer journey.

In Short

• Provide triage, support, and education to cancer patients.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and manage member health.
• Engage with members via phone, email, and video communication.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize care delivery.
• Work flexible shifts, including occasional Saturdays.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and RN license required.
• 5 years of nursing experience, with 3 years in oncology nursing preferred.
• Oncology-related certifications required or to be obtained within 2 years.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
