Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with potential customers, identify their needs, and present tailored solutions, contributing to the success of our sales strategy.

In Short

  • Actively acquire new customers through various channels.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Manage the entire sales process from proposal to closing.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Manage your sales pipeline using CRM (Zoho).
  • Participate in trade fairs and conduct workshops.

Requirements

  • Commercial training or similar background.
  • Initial sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or payments.
  • Experience in gastronomy is a plus.
  • Strong interest in sales and technical understanding of software.
  • Confident communication skills in person and on the phone.
  • Negotiation skills and persuasiveness.
  • Team player with initiative and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel within NRW and occasionally to Munich.
