Overview

The Regional Manager / Managing Director will lead all laboratories in Europe dedicated to Medical Device Services, overseeing operations, strategy, and financial performance.

In Short

• Act as Managing Director for selected entities.
• Lead laboratories across Germany, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands.
• Accountable for consolidated P&L.
• Drive organic and inorganic growth.
• Define and execute strategic plans and budgets.
• Lead M&A initiatives and integrate acquired companies.
• Enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Motivate and develop leaders within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with legal and health & safety requirements.
• Present the company at audits and trade fairs.

Requirements

• Expertise in Medical Device testing or related fields.
• Experience in turning around businesses.
• Understanding of lab business profitability drivers.
• International leadership experience.
• Degree in engineering or scientific discipline.
• Strong negotiation and coaching skills.
