Requirements

• ASCP Certification or equivalent required.
• Valid AR driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of laboratory testing and EPIC systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
