Senior Regional Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Program Manager leads the planning and implementation of all aspects of Asia Community Preparedness and Transformation (ACT II) program, ensuring integration and success of programmatic activities.

In Short

• Lead the development of in-country strategies for the program.
• Partner with in-country officers to develop annual operational plans and budgets.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to country teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with country and regional teams.
• Ensure program quality through robust MEAL mechanisms.
• Prepare reports and provide expert knowledge to countries.
• Organize quarterly Steering Committee meetings.
• Collaborate on strategic fundraising initiatives.
• Commit to promoting gender equity and diversity.
• Available for periodic international travel.

Requirements

• College degree in a relevant subject area.
• Minimum eight years of experience in development and humanitarian programs.
• Experience coordinating job training and development programs.
• Program management experience or certified project management professional.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse cultural environments.
• Experience managing grants and projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Comfort with public speaking and training environments.
