The Regional Clinical Manager is essential for ensuring clinical competency and retention of nurses in their region, collaborating closely with various teams to implement development programs and support nurse integration.

  • Coordinate client-specific facility orientation and education.
  • Promote a motivating environment for nurses.

  • Ensure growth and development of newly arrived nurses.
  • Coordinate with education departments for clinical preparation.
  • Analyze client feedback and implement action plans.
  • Assist with remediation efforts for underperforming nurses.
  • Conduct on-site meetings and mentoring sessions.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the U.S.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a U.S. RN.
  • Experience managing clinicians preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with technology platforms for video conferencing.
  • Understanding of challenges faced by international nurses.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
