The Pharmacist III Supervisor at the Cancer Institute Pharmacy is responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring safe medication use, and supervising pharmacy personnel while providing excellent patient care.

Requirements

  • BS in Pharmacy and 5 years of experience.
  • Licensed registered pharmacist in Arkansas.
  • Experience in hospital or retail pharmacy settings.
  • Knowledge of sterile compounding and hazardous drug handling.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred: Pharm.D. or advanced degrees.
  • Preferred: Board certification in relevant area.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
