Overview

As a member of our client's clinical team, the Regional Clinical Manager is critical to ensure clinical competency, engagement, and retention of all client nurses in their region. Working closely with Clinical Operations, Nurse Development, HR, Account Management and other teams, this role will design and implement clinical preparation programs, develop individualized nurse development plans to address improvement opportunities, support the arrival and integration of assigned nurses into their new environment, and serve as a liaison between our client's nurses and hospital leadership in resolving issues.

  • Conduct clinical skills preparation for newly arrived International nurses.
  • Develop individualized development plans for nurses.
  • Coordinate client-specific facility orientation and education.
  • Promote a motivating environment for nurses.
  • Collaborate with clinical and HR teams for nurse engagement activities.
  • Ensure growth and development of newly arrived nurses.
  • Coordinate with education departments for clinical preparation.
  • Analyze and track client facility feedback for improvement.
  • Conduct on-site meetings and mentoring sessions.
  • Assist with onboarding new International nurses.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the U.S.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Minimum 3 years of U.S. RN experience.
  • Experience managing clinicians preferred.
  • Experience mentoring and providing clinical education.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to utilize technology platforms for video conferencing.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned region.
