Quotation Manager – Medical Devices - Remote

Overview

The Quotation Manager Medical Devices will be responsible for managing the quotation process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and client requirements.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for quotation requests from new clients.
• Analyze customer requirements and specifications to develop accurate and competitive quotations.
• Coordinate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and finalize quotations ensuring compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date quotation templates and documentation.
• Work closely with the sales team to tailor quotations.
• Track and monitor the quotation pipeline.
• Participate in post-decision reviews to improve processes.
• Ensure all customer data is accurately recorded in CRM systems.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in the medical device industry.
• Understanding of medical device regulations and industry standards.
• Strong interest in business environment combining scientific and financial skills.
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Living and registered in Belgium or the Netherlands.
• Primarily home-based with occasional office presence.
