Overview

The District Manager is responsible for managing clients within a defined territory, selling a range of medical devices and developing long-term relationships with hospital personnel and distribution partners.

In Short

  • Manage clients in Western PA, Ohio, W. NY, WV, KY.
  • Sell Spectrum Vascular products including CVCs and PICCs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospital staff.
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments.
  • Provide product information and samples to clients.
  • Coordinate with distributor representatives.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and pricing.
  • Conduct educational seminars for clinical staff.
  • Travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Account for territory expenses and manage budget.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Medical Device or critical care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales track record and negotiation skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
