Overview

The District Manager is responsible for managing clients within the Pacific Northwest territory, focusing on sales of Spectrum Vascular products and developing long-term relationships with hospital personnel and distribution partners.

In Short

  • Manage clients in Northern California, Washington, Oregon, and surrounding states.
  • Sell a range of medical products including central venous catheters and pressure monitoring catheters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospital personnel.
  • Achieve individual sales goals set by Regional Management.
  • Stay updated on product and clinical knowledge.
  • Conduct territory analysis and manage existing accounts.
  • Implement successful sales strategies based on industry knowledge.
  • Provide superior customer service orientation.
  • Report weekly sales activities to management.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent work experience may be accepted.
  • Five years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Valid driver's license required.
