Overview

The Team Leader for ICSR Management will lead the team responsible for managing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR) for selected projects, ensuring effective cooperation with clients and achieving company goals.

Requirements

• Life science graduate or healthcare-related qualification.
• Strong experience in pharmacovigilance, preferably in a CRO environment.
• Previous experience in a line management position.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Delegation and planning skills.
• Technical skills relevant to the role.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
